Personality is the most talked of the subject of psychology, and there are three components of personality which are directly related to the human brain. These components are the id, the ego, and the superego.

Human Brain And ID

Out of all these components, the id component is present since birth. It takes care of your basic behavior. If the ID does not get what it wants, there is tension and anxiety. That is why we see that it controls hunger or thirst. As we grow up, this aspect of our human brain comes to affect our personality.

The ID is why even adults act tense and angry when they immediately do not get proper food or a favorite beverage, but some people can control these urges. When their whims are not catered for quickly, they calmly wait for their chance to be served. Therefore, the latter behavior seems to be having a better personality. Growing up means that we control our behavior in cases of thirst, and hunger, so we learn how to manage our ID as and when we grow up. When some people still cry when they do not get their favorite food, that is a sign that you have not learned to control your ID.

Human Brain And Ego

The next component of the human brain that deals with personality are the EGO. It keeps us in touch with reality and it teaches us not to act on our impulses. Hence, ego works in a way that it controls the ID by guiding us in the right direction, and that is what makes us successful. When our ID dominates us, then we will rush to eat a snack even if a meeting is going on. At the same time, the ego will tell us to sit and wait for the meeting session to end, so one should balance id and ego to produce the best results.

Human Brain And Super Ego

The last aspect of the human brain, which improves our personality, is the superego. This part of the human brain tells us right from wrong according to what society says. Assuming that you are always worried about what people will think, then your superego is ruining your personality. This part of the human brain and human nature starts to function when you are around five years of age, the superego makes you civil.

Three Kind Of Human Brain

Usually, there are three kinds of people, according to the human brain. The first kind is where id rules, they act on impulses, they do what they want. The second is ones with a dominant ego, this ego can help someone in a social situation, and the ego would not land you in an embarrassing situation. Those who act on ego are usually in a thriving place, and then comes superego, which will always have you worried about what society says and what is the right doable thing.
